An Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) member has been fatally stabbed outside a voting station in Polokwane, Limpopo, on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred outside Flora Park Comprehensive School, where vote counting is currently underway.
EFF provincial chairperson Lawrence Mapoulo says the deceased was involved in a confrontation with another individual before being stabbed.
The victim, who served as the treasurer of the EFF's Flora Park branch, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
