The suspects involved in the disturbing viral assault videos that have been widely circulated on social media are now facing serious charges, including compelled rape, assault, crimen injuria, intimidation, and kidnapping. The footage shows a group of men enduring brutal torture and assault, including forced sexual acts and waterboarding.

The three victims, aged 20, 21, and 22, have opened a case at the Brooklyn police station, claiming they were part of a group of five friends targeted in the horrific incident. Police believe the other two victims will be located and their statements will be added to the case file.

The victims allege that the incident occurred in January 2023 following a dispute at a nightclub, involving bouncers and a manager. According to their statements, the bouncers and manager forced the victims into a storeroom, where they were subjected to violent assaults, including being coerced into performing sexual acts with alcohol bottles and other objects.

The police are now seeking assistance from a man named "Pablo," a former bouncer at the nightclub, who has made multiple allegations on social media and offered to help with the investigation. Authorities believe Pablo’s involvement could prove crucial to solving the case.

Law enforcement is urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspects to come forward and report to the Brooklyn police station.

SAPS spokesperson Athlenda Mathe confirmed that National Commissioner General Fannie Masemola has praised Gauteng Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Tommy Mthombeni for his swift response to the case. Masemola assured the victims that a thorough investigation would be carried out to ensure justice is served.
