The Durban High Court has dismissed Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla's application to have the case against her, linked to the July 2021 unrest, withdrawn.
Zuma-Sambudla appeared in court on Friday, where she is facing trial over allegations that she incited violence during the July 2021 unrest following the imprisonment of her father, former president Jacob Zuma.
The matter has been postponed to 17 May 2027 for legal argument.
