Garrith Jamieson from ALS Paramedics said no injuries had been reported at this stage, although paramedics remain on standby should anyone require medical attention.
“At this stage, no injuries have been reported. However, ALS paramedics are on standby at the scene should any injuries be reported,” Jamieson said.
He added that Dayal Road has been closed in both directions to allow emergency personnel to continue operations safely.
