The Western Cape High Court will today begin pre-trial proceedings in the case concerning the disappearance of six-year-old Joshlin Smith.
The accused—Jacquen Appolis, Stevano van Rhyn, and Joshlin’s mother, Kelly Smith—face charges of kidnapping.
Wednesday marked one year since Joshlin vanished from outside her home in Saldanha Bay. Despite extensive search efforts, she remains missing.
