Police are investigating a culpable homicide case following a tragic accident in Tembisa that resulted in the death of a nine-year-old girl. The incident occurred on Wednesday on Andrew Mapheto Road and involved a head-on collision between two vehicles.
According to reports, the girl was traveling with her two daughters when the crash took place. She was pronounced dead at the scene, while her 13-year-old sister sustained injuries.
