Western Cape Premier Alan Winde emphasized the need for authorities to determine the cause of the tragic collapse, which has claimed at least 24 lives. Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Sihle Zikalala is scheduled to visit the disaster site on Monday, accompanied by a delegation of environmental professionals and construction industry experts.
The purpose of the visit is to investigate the involvement of professionals in the project and assess compliance with building regulations.
