Montclair authorities are reaching out to the community for help in finding a teenage boy who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Thirteen-year-old Tandiwanasha Marecha was reported missing on March 13th. According to the police, he was last seen on Ronald Road, apparently heading towards the shops.

Dawn Gounden from Renegade Search and Rescue mentioned that the search efforts have extended beyond Durban South.

"We've conducted extensive searches in Montclair and nearby areas. The community has also provided feedback on their search efforts."

"We've interviewed residents of the area where he was last seen, as well as people from surrounding neighborhoods. The search has now expanded to include areas beyond Montclair and Yellowwood Park, with hopes of finding him elsewhere."

Gounden added that Tandiwanasha's mother is deeply distressed. The mother is going through intense emotional turmoil because this is out of character for him.

Anyone with information about Tandiwanasha's whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Constable Duma, the investigating officer, at 061 702 1319, or to contact Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
