Police have launched a manhunt for suspects involved in a deadly drive-by shooting in Ezakheni, near Ladysmith, which left four people dead.
The shooting occurred in Section D on Monday, when the victims were travelling in a vehicle.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda said the occupants were allegedly ambushed by gunmen travelling in two separate vehicles.
“Reports indicate that the deceased were travelling in a vehicle when they were allegedly shot at by unknown suspects,” Netshiunda said.
The victims, aged between 43 and 63, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were declared dead at the scene.
Police have not yet established a motive for the attack, and investigations are ongoing.
