The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria has ruled that Witness G will testify virtually, with only audio broadcast to the public.
Witness G, who manages informers believed to include political middleman Brown Mogotsi, will appear off-screen. The commission has restricted in-person attendance to commissioners, legal teams, and essential staff.
Media outlets have been given until Monday next week to raise any objections to the arrangement.
Meanwhile, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi of Gauteng’s Organised Crime Unit continues her testimony under cross-examination before the commission.
