The two men accused of the murder of Warrick Stock, widely known as DJ Warras, are expected to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday morning as the case continues to unfold.

One of the accused, alleged hitman Armindo Pacula, has reportedly withdrawn his bail application and is now seeking a plea agreement with the State. Pacula, a Mozambican national, is also facing additional immigration-related charges after authorities confirmed he was in South Africa illegally at the time of his arrest.

His co-accused, Victor Majola, is alleged to have masterminded the killing.

Wednesday’s proceedings will mark the first time both men appear in court together. Members of the Stock family, who attended previous hearings, are expected to be present once again.

The case has drawn significant public attention as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding Stock’s death.
