The murder case involving former boxing world champion Zolani Tete has been postponed to December 8 to allow for further investigations.

The four accused appeared in the Mdantsane Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.

Among them is wheelchair-bound Uzuzole Goqwane, who is alleged to have masterminded the attack.

Investigators are continuing efforts to establish the whereabouts of a fifth suspect, who has not yet been arrested.

Tete was shot and killed outside his home in Mdantsane in August. His girlfriend, who was also targeted in the attack, survived.

The accused face charges of murder, attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm.

The matter is expected to return to court on December 8.
