The March and March movement has returned to the streets of Durban, launching a fresh round of demonstrations calling for stricter immigration enforcement and the deportation of undocumented foreign nationals.

Members of the group say they will continue protesting until government implements tougher measures to address illegal immigration and strengthen border control.

The movement is calling for the deportation of undocumented migrants, tighter border security and a review of South Africa's asylum policies.

It is also advocating for greater economic opportunities for South African citizens, arguing that local businesses and employment should prioritise South Africans.

Organisers have vowed to maintain pressure through ongoing demonstrations until their demands are addressed by government.

The protests come amid heightened national debate over immigration policy, border management and the enforcement of existing immigration laws.
