Trevor Manuel will retire as Chair of Old Mutual in June, the company announced Tuesday while releasing its 2025 financial results.
Manuel, who joined the Old Mutual board in 2016, reached 70 years of age in January, the official retirement age for directors at the financial services and insurance group.
He will be succeeded by Roger Jardine, the former Chair of FirstRand, who will assume the role at Old Mutual’s Annual General Meeting in June.
