Two men accused of killing Johannesburg DJ Warrick Stock, popularly known as DJ Warras, are expected to appear in court on Tuesday as the case against them continues.

The accused, Victor Mthethwa Majola and Mozambican national Armindo Pacula, face charges including murder, conspiracy to commit murder and premeditated murder.

Pacula is also facing an additional charge for allegedly contravening the Immigration Act.

Stock was shot and killed in the Johannesburg CBD in December last year, an incident that shocked the local music community.

Both accused remain in custody. Majola was previously denied bail, while Pacula withdrew his bail application.
