The corruption trial involving former judge Portia Phahlane and Michael Sandlana, leader of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC), has been postponed to 23 July to allow for further investigation.
Phahlane and her co-accused appeared briefly in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria.
The charges allege that Phahlane accepted R2 million in bribes to rule in Sandlana’s favour in the church’s succession dispute.
