The long-awaited upgrade of Kassier Road and the M13 interchange is nearing completion, with the final phase of construction now in progress.
Motorists are advised of the following road closures and traffic adjustments:
🔹 Phase 1 (Effective Immediately)
- Closure of the PMB-bound on-ramp to the M13
- Closure of the right turn to Hillcrest from the M13 off-ramp (Durban-bound)
- A temporary traffic circle has been implemented at the Cliffdale/Engen intersection, allowing vehicles to turn back towards Hillcrest or continue south towards Westown.
Authorities have urged commuters to plan their routes accordingly and remain patient as this critical infrastructure project nears completion.
