The MPox death toll in South Africa has reached two, as confirmed by the Health Department, which has reported another laboratory-confirmed case. The recent patient, a 38-year-old man from Mgungudlovu, KwaZulu-Natal, tested positive after displaying symptoms including lesions, headache, fatigue, oral ulcers, muscle pain, and a sore throat. Sadly, the patient passed away on the same day his test results were received. Urging individuals with similar symptoms to undergo testing promptly, the department emphasizes the importance of early detection.
